Near to Goreme in Cappadocia, there is an area called Panoramic View. If you are in this area, then definitely make the effort to go. It gives you views over the whole of Goreme and if travel photography is your thing, you can guarantee that you will end up with some award winning pictures.
There are many seats like the one in the picture, where you can sit and let the world pass you by. There are also a few restaurants serving traditional Turkish cuisine like Gozleme.
If you book one of the day tours with the many travel agencies in Goreme, then it is likely that they will stop here. If not Panoramic view is a five minute walk from Goreme centre, and is on the way to Uchisar.

What a wonderful scenery! I only see this kind of place in old movies most especially. Don’t even expect that a place like this one still exists.

Great photo! Reminds me a bit of the sandstone monoliths I saw at the Colarado National Monument. Brings back great memories!
